License Agreement
Effective date: April 3, 2023
This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of animations, components, templates, scripts, and other digital resources ("Licensed Content") provided by AttFlow.
By accessing, downloading, or using any Licensed Content, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
AttFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Content in:
- Personal projects
- Commercial projects
- Client projects
You may customize or modify the Licensed Content as needed for your projects.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense AttFlow content as standalone files or products
- Include AttFlow content in another animation library, component library, template pack, SaaS product, or similar offering
- Claim ownership of AttFlow content
- Use AttFlow content to create competing products or services
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices where applicable
3. Ownership
All Licensed Content remains the intellectual property of AttFlow.
This Agreement grants a license to use the content and does not transfer ownership rights to you.
4. Third-Party Libraries
Some resources may use or depend on third-party tools or libraries, such as GSAP or other frameworks.
You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party license requirements. AttFlow is not responsible for restrictions or obligations imposed by third-party providers.
5. Attribution
Attribution is not required unless specifically stated within the resource or accompanying documentation.
6. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate any part of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Licensed Content and remove it from future projects.
7. Disclaimer
All Licensed Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
AttFlow does not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, platforms, software, or third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AttFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Licensed Content.
9. Changes to This Agreement
AttFlow may update this License Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Licensed Content after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
